What gets charged at checkout?
The platform fee — e.g. $6,000/mo for Growth. Usage (per-invoice) is metered and billed in arrears each month.
What counts as an invoice?
Any AP document processed end-to-end: extracted, matched, and posted (or parked) in SAP. Shadow-mode documents in the first 30 days are free.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Expansions (upgrade to a higher tier) happen anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
How is usage reported?
Per-invoice metering with a monthly usage report in your billing dashboard. First 30 days run in shadow mode and are not charged.
